Recommended Strategies for Addressing Ocean Recreation User Conflicts

A report of the Hawaii Office of Planning, State of Hawaii, Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism and Department of Land and Natural Resources pursuant to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Award No. NA05NOS4191060.

This project was a collaborative effort between CSV Consultants and the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources, involving a public process in which participants statewide volunteered their time to communicate their concerns, questions, and solutions for resolving and preventing ocean recreation use conflicts in their communities.
