HONOLULU - The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Jefferson Elementary School Cafeteria in Waikiki, to discuss the Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor Parking Plan.

DLNR TO HOST INFORMATION MEETING ON LAHAINA FERRY PIER PROJECT - 3/4/2008

LAHAINA - The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) will host a public information meeting on its Lahaina Small Boat Harbor Ferry Pier Project on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the West Maui Senior Center, 788 Pauoa Street in Lahaina.

GOVERNOR LINGLE RELEASES $4,190,000 FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO ALA WAI SMALL BOAT HARBOR - 3/3/2008

HONOLULU - Governor Linda Lingle has released $4,190,000 for improvement projects at Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor, including the replacement of docks B, C and D; transient docks; and the row 700 and row 500 docks, as well as land infrastructure upgrades.

DLNR OPENS NEW FLOATING "F" DOCK AT ALA WAI HARBOR

HONOLULU - The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) celebrated the opening of the new "F" dock at Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor with a blessing today. The 650 foot long by 88 foot long state-of-the-art modular dock system was fabricated in Hawai'i and was installed along with water and electrical utilities, marina power pedestals, gangway, dock boxes and access gate.

DLNR ANNOUNCES CHANNEL CLOSURES FOR 7/4/2008

HONOLULU- The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) will briefly close the entrance channels for Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor and Maunalua Bay near Hawaii Kai on Oahu, to boats as a safety precaution, due to planned Independence Day fireworks displays on the evening of Friday, July 4.

OAHU DISTRICT OFFICE RELOCATES TO KEEHI 7/22/2008

HONOLULU- The Department of Land and Natural Resources' O'ahu District office of the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation (DOBOR) has moved from the central downtown office on Queen Street to its new location at the Ke'ehi Small Boat Harbor, 4 Sand Island Access Road, effective July 15, 2008.
